Clockwise and counter clockwise depends on which way you are looking at the object and the system. (from the North, or from the South.)

Even North and South are purely arbitrary. Not all solar systems are lined up with ours, not all galaxies are lined up the same as ours. Heck, not even all the planets in our system line up with the rest of the solar system.

You can see images of other galaxies that face us. How do we know if we are looking at them from the top or the bottom? The answer is that we don't. There is no top or bottom to a galaxy or planet.

Actually there is no "counter-clockwise" in space. Venus spins the opposite direction that most of the other planets spin.
