No a woman cannot get pregnant by getting sperm in her eyes .... but she could if sperm enters her vagina. The penis does not have to enter the vagina just the sperm. There is also artificial insemination where sperm is placed into the uterus manually by a doctor and there is also a way where an egg can be furtilized by sperm in a laboratory and then the futilized egg can be planted in the woman's uterus. Both of these procedures are usually done by a furtility doctor. Hope this helps.

Well, she won't get pregnant if she uses sperm as a hair gel, mouth wash, after-dinner palate cleanser (swallowing), nose plugs, ear plugs, or eye wash. Though it would burn if it got in her eyes and should be flushed out with water.
She could get pregnant if any gets anywhere near her genitals, even if there wasn't any "true" sexual contact, even through her underwear, some could seep in. She could get pregnant by in vitro fertilization, or by using a turkey baster filled with sperm.
I think I've about covered every possible scenario there. Basically, unless it comes within a foot of her genitals, she's not going to get pregnant, even if she swallows it (though I've heard it gives you diarrhea). If it gets within a foot of her genitals, you should be more cautious, especially if you don't want kids.
