You dont say how many weeks you are....but the baby can change position until about 2 - 3 weeks before birth when he/she will drop lower into the abdomen ready for birth.

most of the time, a transverse toddler will rotate as problematical artwork starts. yet now and again they rotate right into a breech position. a good number of medical doctors will attempt an exterior version with a transverse toddler and many times with a breech. that is not that painful, extra like "extremely uncomfortable".

Possibily, my son turned about 32weeks while in the bath, he came right up out of my side like a scene from alien the weirdest feeling in the world but amazing to watch, luckily my husband witnessed the mutation as I don't think he would have believed me!!
My son was large for dates had scan a 36weeks as wasn't sure if he was breech, turned out had boney bum and head engaged but estimated at 8lb 8 then-finally had him at 42weeks 9lb 8oz:)

Mybe. My 2nd baby was a footling breach at 37 weeks & I was told there was little chance of her turning & that dr couldn't turn her due to previous c section scars so was booked in for c section at 39 weeks.
I was in the theatre being prepared for the op when dr decided to do scan & to everyones surprise she had turned!!
I was given option of going home & lretting nature do it's thing but I was going nowhere! Luckily enough dr agreed that as I had had previous c section it was ok to go ahead & finish what they had started!

they can turn, but i suggest you spend a lot of time on your hands and knees to get them into the optimum position for birth!
