I went to vote and words of 2000, the arrows between the names of Davies and Christ were too close for comfort! I asked a poll worker to a show me the line to fill under Davies , the candidates names were on top of each other the arrows or lines were not right next to the names! People who cant see good will fill the wrong line! Florida, again?

The state of Florida does not require a paper trail. I am happy to report that in Lake County Florida, we do indeed have a paper trail. I spoke to the people in charge at my polling place at length before casting my vote. When the polls here close the machines are tallied with an instrument that is kept under lock and key while the machines are actively being used, and a paper tally is printed. The votes are then transmitted to the county seat electronically. The person in charge of the machines and two other poll supervisors then take the paper tally to the county seat to be compared against the electronic tally. In case of a machine malfunction the machine cannot be opened by a single person by them-self. Whoever opens the machine must be watched by at least one other supervisor. I was very concerned about using e-voting machines before voting but pleasantly satisfied after speaking to the people in charge. The machine I used also shows you your whole ballot after you fill in your choices so you can check to make sure it is correct before hitting the vote button.

I voted in Florida and my ballot was fine..Maybe you should go to YOUR Supervisor of Elections and question his ability..Don't single out every one in Florida because we all have different ballots (mine was a fill in the bubble type).

The Republicans can't win a fair election, so why not just rig it? Especially when the brother of your governor is the President of the freakin' USA.

If they can't see well they should ask for help. Just like you did. If they don't then they are just dumb and should not be voteing in the first place.

I think it's funny to call someone dumb and then spell voting wrong.
