What do you mean by not enough sleep? One night on less than 7 hours won't kill you. One night is nothing.
Suck it up and go to work.
Have at least one espresso coffee - to keep you awake.
Have water - for the headache. If you must, take some paracetamol for the pain. Stay away from muscle relaxants (like nurofen) and codeine - that will just put you to sleep in your state.
Eat some carbs - to settle your stomach after having all that caffeine.

Take a caffeine pill. It sounds strange, but it works. It'll help with the sleepiness, and the headache. I can't remember exactly how it works, something about the caffeine opening up blood vessels for better blood flow to your body. The webpage linked below gives you all the info on caffeine pills, so check it out if you're curious. (Oh, I've never noticed most of the side effects listed, except for the dizziness once, when I took to many to close together.) Good luck!

be sure to eat a good breakfast stay away from soda or candy because they'll pick you up quick and you'll crash just as fast. energy drinks like red bull tend to make me jittery and unable to concentrate. so i usually do yogurt and bananas to pick me up, orange juice is a great soda alternative.

If you don't call out too much...I would call out. If you do, then take an Advil, and be on your way. Try to go to bed early when you come back home.
