I got this check in the mail and they said I won 250,000.00usd more.But you have to call them when you recieve it. So I debated calling them I waited a day big deal. The jappenese guy on the phone says you are calling me today and you got it yesterday. Anyway he says call back in 25 min., so I called back and they had a answering machine on and it happened to be full. What now, should I see if the check is real!

hell yeah! that happened to me once, but it was only like 200 dollars, but i went to the bank and OMG the check was real!

It's a scam.
The check you got was for a much smaller amount than you'd won right?You cash the check and send them the money and they'll send you the amount you won.Only the check you cashed does'nt clear the bank and you end up being charged with fraud and going to jail if you can't repay the money.

Everyday we answer calls to people who have lost hundreds and even thousands of dollars to these scammers. Don't be a victim. They are after your bank information, identification and your money. They count upon others being a little greedy in order for them to succeed. We catch a lot of them, but only after they victimize many people. BTW those victims seldom see any restitution. Good you asked us before making one of the worst decisions you could ever make.

it is a scam..they will send you the $ if you send them a "processing fee" then of course you never see the check and you are out your "processing fee" which can be several hundred dollars.....don't call back and get suckered in you will thank your self later on

hard call but it probably is real but there's probably a catch to it like you have to do something before they will give the money up.......so if your carious then you should call and see what it's all about.
