About 6 to 8 weeks some have it sooner, it depends how fast you heal, I healed pretty fast and had no problem doing it before 6 weeks. Keep in mind though, that if you breast feed it will be extremely dry down there, so you'll need lubricants.

Doctors ask you to wait at least 6 weeks, you usually bleed for about that long anyways. But it's really whenever you feel comfortable enough to have sex. I waited longer than 6 weeks only because I was nervous alot went on down there and it scared me. Just remember you are very fertile right after giving birth so use protection or you may be asking the same question 9 months from now.

I was told a few weeks, so that your body has time to heal, but that most Dr recommend waiting 4 or 5, while some Drs still say wait until after your six week checkup. After my first child I did wait the whole six weeks...with my second child I didn't wait as long, but that was mainly because I know that with two little ones under the age of three we won't get many chances.

My doctor said 4-6 weeks I waited six weeks and it was still uncomfortable and sensitive down there for a while. Take it easy and trust me sex will probably be the last thing you'll want to do or think about after having your baby.

all of us’s studies lead them to an authority of their own good - so what's sturdy for one couple is probably no longer suitable for yet another. maximum couples look ahead to the mystical 6 week mark and are dreadfully upset while that spectacular pre delivery intercourse doesn’t take place. The actual info are that interior six weeks of birthing, your uterus must be back to its pre-being pregnant weight and length. Breastfeeding assists in stimulating the hormones released around this function. for this reason which you're meant to have a six week examine up and then are medically are ‘greater healthful’ to initiate intimate family members. exceeded over and unaddressed are the emotional and psychological variations that have got here approximately. I relatively have had 2 infants, birthing them needless to say, so won't be able to remark on the C area. With the 1st one, i replaced into so devastated, bowled over and horrified at my adventure and unprepared for the hormonal and actual variations, that i replaced into particularly fed up for months afterwards - even although I did have intercourse at that 6 week mark - to delight my husband. regardless of if, with the delivery of my daughter, i replaced into in a a lot greater suitable area, arranged and arranged and replaced into waiting to bypass interior a week. it relatively relies upon i assume, on your delivery adventure and the wear and tear ( bodily and mentally) which you have persisted and the meanings you place upon those studies in terms of intercourse. My suggestion is to maintain an open and effortless communique link with your better half and take issues slowly – with little tension – and connect back with your self as a sensual being, until eventually now attempting to touch yet another.

Around 3 - 4 weeks is OK, but make sure you use birth control as pregnancy can happen more quickly that some people think (even when you are fully breast feeding!).
