Clinton did kill people too . He also was otherwise preoccupied when the terrorists were planning 911. He let Bin Laden go free. More than 40 people who had dealings with Clinton died mysteriously. Bush is A man of integrity. He stopped Saddam before he had his nuclear weapon. Clinton gave away the instructions on how to builds one. Liberals are impossible to deal with. Illogical people are that way. They don't let facts get in the way of a good Bush bashing. I wish they could study your pea brains and figure what went wrong. I don't think Bush is stupid but most of his decisions kind of make you think he is. Maybe Clinton did get a little tail in 8 years but at least he didn't Sit in a chair like a stooge when the country was under attack, deceive the American people about going to war in Iraq while at the same time taking attention away from the real terrorist network in Afghanistan, Sign a bill into law interfering with the rights of an American citizen. I'd say that's fine. What politicians do with their body parts does not affect me. When my relatives are being shot at in Iraq, that does affect me. I'd take a promiscuous Clinton and a nation at peace any day.
