By nature, women have 30% less muscle mass than me. Take some karate lessons if you want to toughen up. You can also do pushups every morning to strengthen your upper body. Buy some dumbells, and do some arm exercises. You can do it, girl.

I only think girls that act like boys have muscles. Otherwise you will stand out and boys with not be atrackted 2 u! You should just stick with how you look. Shiny and beautiful,(If You Are Skinny)

Coz it doesnt look good when a girl have muscles especially when its large muscle they will look like a man.

Girls can have muscles...you ever see the commercial where the girl helps the guy move a couch and he does not realize it is a girl till they put the couch down? I think that is pretty cool...LOL

they can. But some are just criticized cause girls are not suppose to have muscles. There is nothing wrong with it.

who says they can't? there are some hot chicks with muscles - look at Madonna's arms, Janet Jackson's ab's, etc. Now get back to the gym!
