I can't say for McDonald's, but I know that Taco Bell uses USDA Grade G meat which is the same grade level meat as you would find in dog food. Eating Taco Bell is like eating a can of Alpo.

No it's all beef patties. I worked there for two years seen the boxes of meat that come in. No meal worms.

No, the USDA wouldn't allow it.

But they do basically use the cheapest part of the cow.
