Even things, or people, that are relatively weak can overcome great obstacles if they cooperate and unite their strength.

When two things unite for a just cause, not even the powerful can stop it.

This may be wrong but I would take it to mean that when many small things come together they can stop something powerful. Like when people come together to stop something bad from happening.
