Im accused of forgey of ex 's bank a/c what is my best defence?

I am a sacottish national on a green card here in the US, my ex girlfriend and I had a volatile relationship, she is a lottery winer and abuses the fact she has money. We dated and lived together for just short of two years, during that time she would allow me to lift money from the ATM with her bank card also used it to buy gas and groceries, I even purchased a TV for her and signed her name again with her permission with the bank card. she would often tell me to write a check, but for over a year I did not for such a reason as this, one day rather than disturb her sleeping and face her wrath I did wite the check, she tried to get me on her bank account, but could not, I had an amex card on her account. my wages was being paid into her account by DD. when I could not face her anger anymore I left, I now find myself acused of forgery. She is using this as a means of trying to get me deported. I was often accused of stealing money She signed & deposited my PERF checks to her account

Sorry, you have admitted in your statement that you committed forgery.

You should NEVER EVER sign any ones name except your own! (esp. on financial or legal documents) You did not have to, you could/should have made the purchases/withdrawals using your signature (yes, even with her card).

From your statement you do have an available defense but it is a very difficult one. You will have to show that she was an instigator and accomplice by instructing/permitting you to commit your crimes. In this way she is no longer a victim and may find herself charged for maliciously reporting your actions.

Usually i NEVER advise retaining an attorney but, your case is an exception. DO NOT just retain any lawyer find one that is truly inspired/interested in your matter and has been taken advantage of by a manipulative partner like you (divorced). Most importantly ensure they have no connection to this woman in any way. US lawyers work on political biases and double standards (the equitablility of US courts is a complete lie).

I apologize for my momentary laps of sanity i was under the influence of alcohol and tobacco. Therefore i rescind my advice of retaining a worse than criminal alien butt-sucking assimilated mutant double agent of the "court". Your ONLY chance is to defend yourself with the truth not a liar.

From what I have seen with this is that if you can establish that this was a common thing and it went on while you were in a relationship, the judge will usually see thru it. Had it happen to a friend of mine.
