More than smart I would say, she finally took the blindfold off, she saw him for what he truely is a gold-digging loser, but I am very happy that she's getting divorced from him, I just hope she doesn't change her mind...

I am glad she has finally got rid of him. Apparently there was a pre-nup so he won't get too much of her fortune.
I'd say she realised pretty soon after the wedding what a giant tosser he was, but fell pregnant so soon and then had an accident the second time. She had put up with him for 2 years, I hope now she gets her bod back (like she wants) and releases a great song and meets someone really cool.
If I were her I would chase Nick Lachey - he is a nice, sensitive fella who loves kids........

The only street cred he has is as a baby making machine. So if the sing career doesn't work, I am sure he will continue to be available for producing yet another little one.
