All Right! An E-Hero Deck!
Monsters - Add one Necroshade. Add one more Avian. One more Wroughtweiler. Sangan, Giant Rat, and Shining Angel, one of each will help you get any monster of 1500 ATK or less to your hand, Special Summon Clayman, and Special Summon Sparkman, respectively.
Spells - Get these - 3 Skyscraper, Pot of Avarice, 2 The Warrior Returning Alive, 2 Reinforcement of the Army, 3 Poymerization, Premature Burial, Heavy Storm, Fusion Recovery.
Traps - Get these - Hero Signal, 2 Sakuretsu Armor, Call of the Haunted, Elemental Recharge, Bottomless Trap Hole
Fusions - Needs more E-Heros of the Fusion Material. Those would be: Shining Flare Wingman, Phoenix Enforcer, Shining Phoenix Enforcer, Wild Wingman, Rampart Blaster, and Necroid Shaman.
This is out of my knowledge, but I should get the 2006 Starter Deck that includes the E-Heros. Good luck!
