I hear often that a women's nipples are sore during pregnancy...what extactly happens to a women's breast besides milk during pregnancy.

Lots of women have sore breasts because they grow in size causing some discomfort.

They get bigger because of the milk that is why they are sore. Also the nipples my dry out so use cocoa butter or lotion.

Milk ducts expand to accomodate milk production.
They increase in size due to fat cells.

they get bigger and get ready to be filled with milk. Yes it takes 9 months to do that.

gets bigger and hevy. and it lik milk so always carry breast pads it can realy imbarrise you.

they grow, they leak, they hurt, the nipples get all stretchy, thats all i can think of right now
