Retarded? That term is no longer used to describe people who are developmentally slow. And it's certainly not used to put people down - by saying they act developmentally slow. Nobody talks like that anymore. The word retarded went out with the "N" word. Nobody uses it anymore. Well - ignorant people use it - but nobody else.
I've never seen the commercial - so I can't tell you if I love it or not. But from what others have said - there's nobody in it who is developmentally slow - I think that is just your perception because - well - maybe you're not too bright.
