Don't listen to Vh -- obviously the planets didn't start moving until Newton came around.

And there was no electricity, ever, until Maxwell invented it.

The internet came with either Bob Dole or Al Gore, I always forget. :)

The planets did not move until the laws were invented, duh. ;) Actually, I'm not sure what you're asking here. The planets moved of course, but their movement couldn't be explained scientifically.
