sounds a bit like it needs to me constructed like a debate- i recently had to debate about the mohammad cartoons being published or not - you could talk about how they should not have been published - i have heeps of info about it if you want to email me (yahoo) i dont mind sharing it - there are some good points and my information was enough to lead our team to victory.
