The producers just said on the new Lost podcast (you can download it free from iTunes) that when Eko says "You're next" to Locke, Locke thinks he means they are ALL next, but what Eko really meant is that LOCKE is next.

i think he said "I'm not a priest" but i'm not 100% positive. with any luck they will repeat it this week. set ur vcr for an extra 15 min so u don't miss anything.
