my friend tom recently got a case of the mumps, as to what can happen to an adult male, happened to tom. one of his testicles shriveled up. i started to call him " one testicle tom. " his g\f doesn't approve, i think it's funnier than heck, but i have agreed to abide by the majority of answers to this question. should i call him "one testicle tom" or not????

How could you NOT call him that? I say he was asking for it. He shouldn't have been foolish enough to get the mumps in the first place.

No, don't call him that it's a bit to offencive and personal.
Soften it a bit if you must.
you know your friend I guess you know how far you can go with a joke. Testy Tom would be enough, but what are you going to do when other people want to know what the nickname means? That's what would worry me if I was your friend!

how would you feel it it was you.. i don't know weather your a girl or a guy.. sorry to anyone i may offend with what i am going to say next.... if you were a girl who had breast cancer and had to have one removed how would you feel about the nic 1 tittie Tammy or if you were a guy with the nic you just suggested..even if he it seems it don't bother him i would just bet it does.. i have a twisted sense of humor so yes i see the humor in it but i can also see how that may hurt your friends feelings .. i just don't think you would want to do that not to a friend
