I am due to go for hormone blood tests next week as I am not having periods a year after stopping depo. If the results come back normal what is the next step for me? I am trying to conceive will I be given any medication or will I need more tests?

It took about a year for my periods to return after only have 2 rounds of Depo the first time. The 2nd time I only had 1 round and my periods returned at the end of the 3rd month, but I bled for 20 days straight and then had a late period. My hormones were too low and I had to go on a low-dose b/c pill to regulate them.

I've just been through this - though I hadn't heard what the dr told me & managed to do eveything the wrong way round.
I also has an ultra-sound scan - excactly like pregnant people get - v weird seeing ovaries!! This was to check they were not poly-cystic.
Everything came back clear, ultrasound & bloods, so have been referred to the fertility clinic, as though my dr would like to give me clomid, it has to be timed with a period, tho' she reckons that's what they'd give me anyway.
However, came on yesterday 2 day's shy of a year, when I should have gone for the next dose!
Don't worry - if they're testing you, they are taking you seriously & you will get the help you need. Good luck
