People sound so disgusting when they eat! Do they hear themselves or are they physically unable to close their mouths and chew without making noises? I'm serious.....

i hate the sound of it sooooo bad i have to leave the room or dinner table where the person is.
it drives me crazy, and i usually have a lot of bad thoughts of doing something to them so i just leave before things get ugly

Methinks the obvious answer to that is that there are some folks who simply don't give a tinker's toenail how offensive their social habits are to others. Probably the same people who slop their food also have little hesitation about sucking their teeth, picking their noses, or releasing gas in front of others. LOL

OMG!! I thought I was the only person that went nuts with this!! And its not even the people that are sloppy with no manners, just general chewing drives me CRAZY!!! I can barely even eat cereal cause the crunching noise I make MYSELF irritates the bleep outta me!! Hahahaha!!

My gosh, it drives me crazy to listen to people chomping and smacking away... My father in law has a horrible clunking in his jaw when he chews, and I can't stand it... but he can't help that. It's really annoying, though, when people chug their beverages and you can hear every swallow they make!
