Usually they are in by 11pm local time. Most polls close at 7pm, but there are exceptions.
If a race is close there could be a delay of (usually) a couple days whilst recounts are done, but the majority will be final by tomorrow morning.

YES, TODAY IS VOTING DAY TILL 7 PM. THE RESULTS SHOULD BE IN BY TONIGHT OR TOMORROW MORNING.

Alaska's poll are open the latest. I think they close at 12AM EDT. Then they have to tally...so morning before all results are in.
