Since you have multiples of 10 at the bottom what you do is for every 0 move the decimal of the number on the top 1 place to the left. So 3/10 would become .3, 3/100=.03, and 3/1000=.003

I'll tell you how to do it, but won't do it for you.

say this is your decimal numberL 0.123

1 is in the 10s column, 2 is in the 100's and 3 is in the 1000s
Therefore, if something is 5/1000, you need to put the 5 in the 1000s column. It would be 0.005. If something was 4/100, you would have to put the 4 in the 100s column: 0.04

If it's 842/1000, the decimal is 0.842

thats easy just get a calculator and for the first one divide 3 by 10
and the second 3 by 100 and the 3rd one u divide 3 by 1000
