I am planning for pregnancy,have started taking Centrum Balanced Formula Multivitamin Tablets. The ingreiant label on the cover is showing it does not meet the RDI Standard,each ingrediant is half or less than half reccommended by RDI. I have heard Centru m is the best multivitamin tablet Could any body explian me if this is ok,or should i continuE with another brand whcich meets RDI Standard?

Centrum is a fine multivitamin... but you should not be getting all of your nutrients from vitamin tablets. Most of them should come from your food. That's why the tablets are called "vitamin supplements". Don't take more than the dose on the bottle... some vitamins can make you sick if you overdose.

The RDI is the recommended daily amount of a given vitamin. So you can get whatever fraction of, say, iron, from your vitamin, and the rest from leafy greens like spinach or red meat. Ditto for other things.

Since you are trying to conceive, I suggest buying a specifically prenatal vitamin... you need folic acid in this time before pregnancy. You should also talk to a doctor about having the optimum diet for you and your baby. Best of luck!

Most vitamins in tablet form are useless, as a good many vitamins are destroyed by stomach acids and most pills don't dissolve anyway, they go right thru you.
If you want to take a vitamin supplement, take a liquid vitamin that is made from natural sources and is 100% bioavailable, so you at least get your money's worth out of them. Most vitamins are supplemental, that means they supplement your diet, they do not replace your diet so they will not usually have 100% of the RDI. Personally, I take Life Force liquid vitamins, you can find them online thru Google, I am sure.
