Hmm, the Kruger National Park is a great place to relax your mind. Lots of animals to see and great accommodation there as well. Then there is Kwazulu Natal...if you like beaches and surfing that's the place to go-mainly Durban. If you're adventurous then visit Drakensburg. There are a variety of mountains there and cool hikes to do as well including overnight hikes. I hope you have a great time and enjoy your touring!

If you like animals, the Kruger Park, for scenery Mmpulalanga and KwaZulu Natal and the Garden Route. For a quick visit try Sterkfontein (home of mankind), Kimberley for the Big Hole and fantastic museum town. Oudtshoorn has the Cango Caves and Ostrich farms and the Western Cape has all those vineyards and wineries to visit. Try rafting down the Orange River gorge - the list is endless...

Cape city is a great place. There are particularly outstanding places to make certain. yet like greater than a number of the persons right here have suggested: All cities interior the worldwide have undesirable spots and ideally holiday with a chum and stay off the streets at night, except you're on the Waterfront or the different busy places the place there are various human beings. stay out the midsection of city at night. for ideal sunsets, you need to be on the southern fringe of table Mountain (Camps Bay), if no longer on it. For the specific studies it relatively is going to likely be maximum suitable if somebody takes you around. the customary spots might basically be too uninteresting for somebody your age. ;) desire you get exhilaration from it.

You will have to take your safety into account as the Country is rife with violent crime. All the major Cities are high risk areas, Cape Town included. Table Mountain is a risky area and a tourist target for criminals. The Beaches at Durban are swarming with urchins who will beg and steal from you or drive you away with their persistency. You may also see a satanic ritual of animal slaughter on the Beach as they happen frequently. Durban's CBD is a no go area particularly after dark. The Garden Route is about your best bet particularly Plettenberg Bay but be on your guard 24/7 whilst you are there as the Criminals have no respect for others and the Police are all but useless if not in cahoots with them.

Anywhere along the coast, the cities are lovely and people very friendly. St Lucia (far north coast) is in a world heritage site. Mpumalanga province has plenty for tourists in terms of natural beauty and wildlife.
Visit Joburg, it sure is an experience. :-)
