an I don't think I voted right, or my votes got counted. Is there a website that can tell you how to vote? Thanks for the input.

LOL I was giving you this advice on a question you deleted!

Well done for getting to vote!

You can find information before the election and on-line several different ways. I personally access a site for my county (http://car.elpasoco.com/election ). You can also access your local newspaper and they will have ballot information. You ought to be able to access sample ballots, as well. You are allowed to bring one in with you (hopefully already filled-in) to help you whilst you are voting. This gives you more confidence and "speeds up" the process. ; )

Hope that helps!

Edit: since you asked...next year you should have just local elections if there is any voting. Our next national election ought to be in 2008. We will all be voting for a new president. And NOW is the time to start thinking about that question!

if you voted based on your feelings then you voted right. Good for you! If you're afraid you voted wrong....then next time, besure you're better educated on the issues and candidates. Get your info from several sources, not just one news sorce...that way your chances of forming an unbiased opinion are a little better. Don't cast your vote based on what other people tell you to believe - do your own research and form your own opinions!
