I was going to go to valet but my brother said that if you can't take it out yourself then they couldn't either, its been two days, I have tried CarPlan interior valet and although all the curry is gone. The stain and the smell is still there. I have a Air Wick Mulled Wine smell thing which has mixed together to make a sickening smell.

Who wants to buy my car?

I removed a curry stain from a rug by applying Vanish Powerhsot carpet stain spray, according to the instructions. It worked very well.
If you don't want to use that, then try a solution of an oxygen-based cleaner, e.g. Vanish pink stain remover or Oxy-Clean, or Whizz Oxy stain remover (this last one is available in my local pound shops). You need to sponge on the solution, rub it in, rinse well then blot with a towel. Be prepared to do this two or three times. the Vanish Powershot is a lot quicker.
If the smell persists afterwards then sprinkle a lot of bicarbonate of soda on the stain. Leave overnight and then vacuum it up. You may need to repeat this but it absorbs smell well. You can buy bicarb at the chemist's or else at the supermarket where it is in the aisle for home baking, near the flour.
Alternatively, you can spread deodorsising cat litter over the dry stain and leave overnight to absorb the pong. Then hoover it up next day.
Meanwhile, until you try some treatments air the car as often as possible by leaving the windows open.

Ugh, I'm sorry to hear about yer car. Thats gotta suck. Well, I've had similar problems, but not with curry. The only thing I could really suggest to first get the carpet shampooed professionally. Since you are saying MUM, I'll assume you are in the UK and not here in the USA. If you dont wanna pay to get it shampooed, try doing this. Go to whatever store you got around you that has pet supplies, and get a pet stain and odor spray. If you have it, try to get Woolite Brand, but any brand should do fine. Just read the label to see which ones use either enzymes to break down or oxygen. At any rate.... I hope this helps, good luck.

LOL that is too funny - I hope your Mum at least offered to clean it for you ....

I would definitely get rid of the Mulled Wine Air Wick (what were you thinking, Mulled Wine is gross on it's own, nevermind with curry !!!)

Then get the professionals in, I disagree with your bro, proper valet places have industrial cleaners & equipment but get out the Yellow Pages & go to a good one (not the local kids in an empty car park)

The very best of luck to you & thanks for making me laugh !!

Motor oil is formulated to not come off. it really is the way it protects engines to boot because it does. in case you may get rid of the carpet from the motorcar and use a carpet steamcleaner on it, you'll probaby have the finest success getting it as sparkling as conceivable. Any most suitable oil will entice airborne dirt and mud and continually make a grimy spot on the carpet. Dry the carpet formerly putting it decrease back contained in the motorcar otherwise that is going to stink. you may evaluate replacing the carpet with a clean one. See if there are any experts who can sparkling it and assure the artwork.

I'd get a mobile car valetting service out. Some will do just the part you want for a reasonable fee. My daughter was sick all over the back of the car & they cleaned the seats, carpets etc for £20. It was worth every penny to get rid of the smell. I don't think you can achieve that yourself.

Try "magik sponge" from household section of supermarket that will help the stain. Sprinkle bicarbonate of soda to diffuse the odour, then vacuum off an hour later.

use some nan bread and yoghurt to clean it- only joking.

Curry is greasy, so fairy liquid and cold water is best. The smell with go eventually- try febrese or dettol spray aswell.

Oxy is THE BEST! It removes anything from anything without bleaching. And get your mum to do it!
