ahhhhh @#$%^ pleaseeeee answer!?

Question

well i am currently in 11th grade and in spanish 3 (but i began it at my old school)..i moved to a new school last year and spanish 3 was not available at the time that I moved to my new school. So about 4 weeks ago I started the 2nd half of spanish 3 at my new school which is roughly where I left off. well all the other students have been in this class since the beginning of the year and I have just come in during the 2nd half of the semester and it seems like my teacher isnt willing to help me catch up. the main thing is my teacher is a total grouch to me and gets mad when I ask any questions! the other day she went around asking students if they were going to spanish 4 then AP spanish. when she got to me she said "this is your last year right"..this really makes me upset because I wanna continue with my spanish(it will also look very good on college apps)but she is the only spanish 4 and AP teacher at my school! if i told her i wanted to take it she would prob make fun of me HELP!

my main problem is the whole taking spanish 4 and then AP..i really truly am a good spanish student its just that spanish is her actual first language so she just doesnt understand when I have a question or dont understand her classroom routines!

you should take the classes. so if she makes fun of you. you are trying to get you education. if spanish would make your apps. look great. take the classes. try an learn spanish when you have nothin to do. then you teacher wii feel stupid when you come up in the class showing off. you will get it. if you don't take the class she will still make fun of you. either way. take the class. show her what you can do when you work hard at it. take the class.

Have your parents talk to this teacher. God knows why some teachers have a negative attitude toward some students. However, one thing is for sure. Once your parents get involved, they remember that they are not GOD and cannot do whatever they want. My niece had the same problem with her Spanish teacher. Her parents interfered and the problem was solved.

I'm guessing your in America I'm in England so things are a little different over here, if your teacher isn't willing to help try just out lining the situation to your principle at the end of the day teaches are there to teach you and not to knock your confidence, my be your principle could just change your teachers attitude towards you good luck and don't let them put you off what you want to pursue

Maybe you should try getting a tutor. At least you would feel that you can ask somebody questions without them freaking out on you. It would probably help you a lot with getting caught up also.

its ok some teachers are like that they pick one student to love and one to hate maybe you could just try to live with her and maybe she'll try to like you but for the moment most teachers to us (school kids) seem like buttholes not matter what they do or act towards us high school will be over soon so just try and live with it and focus on the better things thoughout the rest of your year
