Snatch and Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels. Both Guy Richie movies, both very dark and funny.
ADDED: Oh and that new movie Lucky Number Slevin was very much like Payback.

The best movie without a single redeeming character is "The Usual Suspects". Wait, you say the cops weren't crooked? They were illegally taping the interrogation without any authority whatsoever.

A classic action picture, a great action picture that meets your standards: the undesirable adult males completely win interior the top and Jack is instructed to drop the case in a popular line. "overlook it, Jake. it somewhat is Chinatown." Sorry approximately spoiling the ending, yet see it!
