I get small red bumps with pus on my vagina. i used to think it was irritation from shaving my bikini line, so I stopped, but the bumps are still there and I continue to get new ones. WTF IS IT. I know I don't have STDs, so that's definitly ruled out.

You need to have it checked out immediately. Women should never question their bodies. If you find something out of the ordinary, bumps, redness, odd anything...have it checked out. It is probably just an allergic reaction to something, or it could be boils (yeah...those suck), but you need to have it checked out to be sure.

There is a common type of acne that you can get in the genital region. Do you have facial acne? If so you can apply the same products to your pubic area.
Shaving also creates these little bumps. Ingrown hairs. There are cheap over the counter products the local pharmacist or estheticians can sell you. I wax and get them from time to time.

Don't listen to any of the other answers. Just go to the doctor and get it checked out. It WILL take some guts to tell the doctor what's going on and then to SHOW the doctor what it looks like. Think of it this way, even if it is NOTHING at all, wouldn't you feel better if you just knew???

You really need to go to the gynocologist. Pus is a sign of infection. It could be HPV, something many people have and never realize yet it causes ovarian cancer. Please do not wait for people here to play Dr (like I did guessing what it could be) please go get checked out. Best case senario is that it is nothing, but why go with that and run the risk of not taking care of a problem that could make you very sick or even die. Put something like neosporin on it. If it goes away it may have been a strep infection like impetigo or some other bacteria. Same thing happened to my daughter. Try waxing?

I'm sorry-I had to comment on one of these answers here even though I am not sure what is causing your problem. Ovarian cancer is NOT caused by a virus but CERVICAL cancer is! I would not even presume to diagnose your problem. You need to see a GYN. I just wish people would not state incorrect facts here.

It could be an uncancerous form of HPV. Maybe it is a really inflamed yeast infection. I would see your doctor. Good luck.

You need to go to the gyno and get a checkup. It could be herpes. Please go get checked, it is not worth it not to. Never ignore something on your body, and don't feel weird, gynos have seen it all!!!
