Look I like Bill but I am sick of all these campaign calls. I am getting them on my home phone all the time from both sides. It is illegal for them to call your cell phone or to call a DNC registered number. But they get away with it because after the election these guys are gone. Unlike a business they disappear. The parties Republican and Democrat are not taking responsibility claiming it is the candidate and the people backing the initiatives.
I think something needs to be done to stop this. But what?

I think it was sometime last year that cell phones became available to tele-market to. If you want your name off the call list go to the official "do not call" website and register your cell phone number. This will really help. But unfortunately I think there are exceptions to the rules like nonprofits can still call you and in this case probably Bill Clinton still can. And no I haven't receieved his call.

Unless you are on a no call list any telemarketer can buy your number with a random batch. After election time you may receive all types of telemarketing calls.

Why not? Both parties are doing it. Register you cell phone number on the national do not call list.

I have gotten so many phone calls on my cell and on my land line from political candidates this year. I do not condone that, and I wonder how they got my number as it is unlisted....now that's invasion of privacy!!!!!

He called me too, almost cost Ford my vote too. Recording was messed up, how can they run a country if they can't run a tape recorder. Only thing saved Ford was republicans recordings were just as bad.

Hm, that's odd. That's one of the main reasons why I like cellphones... an escape from the telemarketers.

I got a call from him on my home number once. I wasn't paying attention to what he said but I was glad he called.
