Yes he was a vegetarian, but probably had a full set of testicles.
The "Hitler has only got one ball" is, I believe a traditional, British insult, since I once came across a song accusing Napoleon of only having one "codling" - a play on the word "codling" (a small apple) and the word "codd" (a bag or purse) and the origin of the word codpiece.

Hitler had many idiosyncracies. He was a vegetarian indeed but he did eat eggs and drank milk he believed eating meat caused cancer he also forbade smoking the only alcohol he would drink was champagne. He also had an incestuous relationship with a niece named Geli and is believed to have engaged in fetishes with her such as having her urinate on him all three of his known lovers attempted suicide. It is widely believed in his later years Hitler suffered from irritable bowel syndrome, skin lesions, irregular heartbeat, tremors on the left side of his body, syphilis, Parkinson's disease and a strongly suggested addiction to methamphetamines. The syphilis was considered as most accurate due to him showing obvious signs of the illness.
Hitler was a pretty jacked up person.
