(36/5x)/(4/35x) dividing is the same as multiplying by the reciprical
(36/5x)(35x/4)=36*35x/(5x*4) divide numerator & denominator by 20x

63/1=63

36 4
5x / 35x

36 35x
5x * 4 cross cancel

that is just

36/5x * 35x/4

by multiplying the numerator by numerator and denominator to denominator

you will get 63 the variable will be canceled because

one is in the numerator and the other is in the denominator
