If your faced with a choice of imposing birth rate controls
or facing starvation in the future for your country,
I think there's nothing wrong with trying to get people to have less kids...

I'm not condoning abortion but giving people incentives to have less children is ok.

Morals allude to values. Values are established by the society one lives in. China is a Communist country, with values set by the Government of China, and enforced through the Communist leaders of China. After speaking with teachers and students from China, who are in the United States as teachers and interns at Chinese schools here in the U.S., endorsed by the U.S. Government, I can tell you, these teachers and students are in accordance with their government's right to control the birth rate in China.

At the present time, the U.S. has not attempted to impose birth control in the U.S; i.e., only two children per family. With an increase in immigration, legal or illegal, the U.S. may some day soon begin encouraging, even legally limiting, the number of children born. Families will accept this limitation or be penalized.

Is it morally right to do nothing and let the population growth out strip your ability to meet the needs of the population, plummeting your economy in the drain, mass starvation, wide unemployment, and doom future generations to a substandard living without a hope of competing in the global market.

To hell with morals. Too many people, who can't afford to have babies, are having way, way too many. They know that the "community" will pick up the bill. Pretty disgusting if you ask me.
