No. The Falcons defense has been pathetic lately and the Falcons will have a hard time keeping up with teams that are better all around than they are.

I have debated this many times with friends and family. Yes, Michael Vick will lead the Falcons to the playoffs several times in his career. But I don't think he will win the Super Bowl playing the way he is playing right now. Once he figures out that he is much better playing quarterback when he stays in the pocket and throws the ball, like he has over the last 3 or 4 weeks, he will be a decorated quarterback by career's end. But there has never been a running quarterback to win a super bowl and the reason why is because once you get in the playoffs, you won't be playing many, if any, defenses that are less than top notch. And when you get to play those defenses, they know how to shut down a running quarterback. Vick is a very talented quarterback when he wants to be. But I think he needs to leave the running to the running backs and do his job. And that's using that rifle of an arm to light up defenses down the field. Once he does that on a consistent basis, you will see Michael Vick move from the good quarterback level to the elite level.

The Falcons will definitely make it to the playoffs, but i dont think they'll make it farther than second round. We all know Michael Vick is a good scrambling QB, but he still hasn't shown the consistency in his PASSING game. He had a couple good games (against the Bengals and the Steelers), but in that last game against Detroit, he showed that he has a lot of work to do to keep his consistency. Once he shows that consistency, then I think he can lead the Falcons to big places.

To the playoffs, yes. The NFC is dreadful. With only a small handful of team with a winning record, they could easily snag a wild card at worst.
Will he take them to the Super Bowl? Highly unlikely.
He is a tremendous athlete, but just doesn't read defenses well. I don't know that he'll ever be able to.

He might take them as a wildcard but he will never get past the Saints or the Panthers to win the division

No, I don't think so...too inconsistent with his arm....good defenses will put a team in many 3rd-and-longs....without good decision-making and accuracy, Vick can't beat the top-tier teams.

They will win there division and play 1 game at home and probably win, once they play in New York or Chicago, that'll be it for them.
