Is it true that some guys enjoy nursing their parteners? I mean if you were dating me (HYPOTHETICALLY) would you enjoy nursing milk from me, even if I'm not a mother?

There are plenty of guys who would enjoy it (although I'm not sure why you think you'd be lactating if you're not a mother), and far more who wouldn't mind it if you were in a relationship and you happened to be nursing. Freudian psychology talks a lot about the first group, of course.
The answer to any question at all that starts "Is it true that some guys..." is going to be 'yes'-- you can find "some" people who'll enjoy anything at all (including some things that are lot more disturbing).

Well i'm not sure of the original question. But it is impossible for a woman to produce milk unless she is or has been pregnant.

i would only enjoy it if i ran out of milk in my coffee.... honestly... i would be afraid... because you could be pregnant... ..
if you needed it nursed from you for a honest true reason... i would say it wouldn't bother me... and would be OK with me...
i wouldn't find it sexual if that's what you mean.... as enjoy....
