Nope. Too late. I just got back from the polls, myself. I think the cutoff is about 1 month prior. So, go register now for the next election.
Were you registered prior to today? If so, and you haven't moved since, then you're still registered, and can vote.

No. You have to register in advance. Register to vote in the Pres. election of '08 now.

Probably not. In most places, you have to register at least 30 days prior to the election.
