LOL @ the answer that says hire an expert. That's what Answers is for! Your keyboard has been setup as American. You need to go into your Control Panel, then Regional Settings, then the Languages tab, then the Details button. You need to change the top drop-down box to English United Kingdom as the default input language.
Mail me if you need further help!!

Oh dear, you really need some classes in Critical Thinking. OK I have no PROOF that the keys I'm pressing will definitely work granted but I also have no reason to doubt it either. I have something called EVIDENCE from my past experience. So here's the important question (it's yours)... 'you all have faith but do i say that because I have faith that you do, or because i know it is the truth?' Yes I have faith in anything which is mundane like my house was built by humans not robots but so what? Why WOULD I think robots may have built my house anyway? That would be an extraordinary claim. Now here's the punchline: 'Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence' so if i tell you I can breathe sea water I'd expect you wouldn't believe me with out evidence because it would be extraordinary. Now why do you believe an invisible being exists? That is an extraordinary claim & you say you KNOW it is true but only by faith. Faith is not enough. If you think it is why can't you have faith I can breathe sea water? I can! But you lack the faith to know I'm telling you the truth don't you? Here it is one more time: Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. (Carl Sagan)

goto
1 start
2 control panel
3 then switch to classic view
4. regional and language options then change both pull down windows to united kingdom (or whatever your country is)
the reason this happens is that by default when windows is installed American is the standard and can be changed during setup but a lot of people just keep pressing next without reading just to speed up the installation

Hi, If you go into start then control panel, regional and language options, click the languages tab, click details then press add and select your correct language.
You can then delete the incorrect language but a message may appear to say that it cannot be deleted until your computer is restarted which is fine. Hope this helps.

Change the settings from within control panel on your PC. Maybe try reinstalling it - other than that you may need a new keyboard xx
