You have not mentioned whether you will undergo a sex change operation or if you are prepared to live a celibate life.
So I can only tell you the first thing to do. Get together with your women friends and find out from them about their lifestyles. Women are great networkers and someone always knows someone who knows someone useful.
Then decide if what you have learnt is for you to adopt. Good luck.

Take your hormones, start dressing that way, work on adapting your voice to the new sex, get counseling to learn how to best adjust. It's not going to be easy, but I'm sure it's for the best. Good luck bro.....miss.
