Physician's Fromula al Wal-Mart or Walgreens.
A green concealer is a green concealer... not one of the beauty products that deserve a splurge.
They even have little "trial size" tubes which are great for keeping in your purse/traveling.
I'd also recommend getting a very very small acrylic brush and apply it with that, then dot on regular concealer. I got my brush for like 42 at an arts&crafts store, since it's only for concealer, you don't have to spend much on that either.

for the red spots I use Eucerin, they have an entire line dedicated for redness in the face and sensitive skin too. it'll cost $10-$17, you should try first the green correcting/ and oil-free moisturizing lotion, just use one pump and and use sparingly . Since it is liteally green it can create an unnatural appearance if you pile it on. This stuff really works great. After application use foundation favorable for acne skin and your skin will look so much better!
(other tips, try changing your bed pillow every day, dont touch your face w/ your hands, wash your face 2 x a day, drink lots of water & lower junk food)
good luck

Merle Norman makes a really good green conceler but they also have a great regular concealer also.
I would try something like AcneFree to clear up your acne. That way you don't have to cover it up. The more product you wear the more likely it is to aggrivate your skin.
I was using proactiv then switched to AcneFree which is cheaper and works much better.

my friend had a green concealer stick from Eucerin
http://www.eucerinus.com/products/face_err_tonecreme.html
wash your face, dry & moisturize. then put the green concealer on red spots and it should make them less noticable. put on foundation and finish off with powder, your skin wont look PERFECT but it will be better than without the makeup
get hypoallergenic\non comegenic makeup

Physician Formula has several versions of green concealers, some are powder and some are like lipsticks and creamy. I have tried them. They are good.
