ok, heres how you do it. Got to 7 eleven, buy a roll of starbursts, and while they are still wrapped, put one in your mouth. Now unwrap it using your tongue. Thats how all my friends learned how to do it. But only make-out with him if you want to, dont let him pressure you into it.
