9 PM--Central. By midnight, most of the polls will probably be out. Certainly we'll know in the morning.

Coverage should start when the polls close. In my state, that is 8:00 pm tonight

AZ polls close at 7p MDT (9p EDT)

The result won't be known for MONTHS because the liberals will have the results tied up in court until they get the answer they want.
