Psp wont charge?

I connect my psp to the adapter and i doesnt charge up. If i push hard and move the adapter it wil turn orange but if i let go it will turn back green. My car charger works fine but now my wall charger is acting up.

get a new charger or battery

You can't charge while you're in a-hoc mode.
