Consider this before reading anything else, the Oakland Raiders made it to the Super Bowl in 2003 where they lost to the Bucs. Now, in 2004 they had the 2nd overall pick in the first round and they drafted Robert Gallery, who had they not switched him around so much could hve been a pro bowl player.
So, to answer your queston, if they want to keep Andrew Walters they should trade away Randy Moss and Jerry Porter. If they do this they should take Calvin Johnson a WR at 6'5" with blazing speed and good hands.
Personally, I would keep Derrick Burgesses (he's the only player who deserves any credit on the team for doing something, besides the special teams punter). But if they can trade him for another first round pick, than that would be awesome.
Here's who they should pick according to my research, if the player above is taken they should draft the guy below him:
1. Calvin Johnson
2. Joe Thomas
3. Sam Baker
4. Adrian Peterson
5. Troy Smith
6. Jake Long
7. Hank Ballock
8. Limas Sweed (if he goes into the draft)
9. Dwayne Jarret

A top draft pick won't do crap for a team in as bad of shap as the Raiders. Dump all the management and focus the picks on the run game --O line and maybe a TE.

Brady Quinn. Mark my words, Troy Smith is going to suck in the NFL, just like every Buckeye QB before him.

They need to trade down and pick up some offensive linemen. It doesn't matter who you have at quarterback if they are always on their back! Either that or get someone who has some imagination as a offensive coordinator.

They need a QB.....hey, it's ALL about the quarterback in this league.....so Quinn, I suppose......if not a QB, then I would recommend Adrian Peterson from OU!
