Why is someone famous for being a slut?

She is a rich socialite...
The thing is.. with all the money in the world... the only thing she chooses to do is have sex, do drugs, and pose in front of cameras. Think of what you could do with all that money.. study abroad.. see the whole world... devote yourself to a cause...
But she chooses to do nothing. It makes me envy money a lot less when I look at her.

Paris Hilton became famous because her dad owns The Hilton hotel chain and she rode off of her dads success and parties enough with the celebs to become famous...i personally can't stand her, although i have watched the simple life because she acts or just is so dumb that is funny...she has an album that i heard is coming out or came out but i can guarentee i won't have any her her crappy songs on my playlist.

Aside from being ultra rich she is young, sexy, and smart. Oh yeah and a real b****. When you're rich you can have whatever you want. If you're dramatic you'll get lots of attention especailly if you're pretty. And Paris is smart because she's doing all of this to make more money. She's marketing herself everywhere and on everything. That would all equal being famous. We love to hate her don't we?

I think the only way she got famous and in the spotlight is because her dad is like filthy filthy rich and he probably has connections with some important people which got her into being a celeb and having all that other stuff she has on TV and video.

Because she spreads like butter and looks pretty while she does it. I don't know I'd imagine she's only famous because we make her famous...if people stopped downloading her dvd, listening to her music, not watch any shows with her, not buy any magazines etc. There would be no reason the paparazzi would follow her, therefore she'd be out of a job.

Well, she is the heir for the hilton hotel. People might thing she looks hot. Also, because of the Simple Life and the sex tape.

Because anyone who has as much money as her family is pretty much automatically famous. And I'm guessing that as a child she got all the things she wanted and that made her into the fathead she is today.

I think she made a reacord or two. I know your parents are famous and I know she did that video with some producer. ( the one that has her doing things she should be doing on camera...)
Other than that I dunno.....I don't even think she is THAT cute...

When her sex tape with Rick Solloman (sp?) came out everyone went crazy, then she just starting showing up at red carpet events. Other than that, she's rich...very rich. And, a slut. Oh, and stupid.
