it depends on what you did. usually, you can do it by going to the options/preferences/tools of whatever internet browser you use. for explorer, just right click it, go to one of the above and click "clear history" (I don't use explorer so I don't know which to go to) then you have to delete cookies too. For firefox, go to tools and click clear private data. For your computer activity history, open up a folder (such as My Documents) and press ctrl-H to open the history browser and delete those. Then go to recycling bin and erase all files.

On the Yahoo toolbar, go to Tools, then go to Internet options, then go under the General heading to the bottom and hit clear history.

but i think you should forget about about it and new and beleive in your self like start listening to diffrent music and watch diffrent shows and eat different food but i am just a young girl

fir interent explorer internet options delete history and for firefox it says clear data or somethin then click that and delete it.
