Here is a calendar I used when I was pregnant:
1st to 6th week = 1st month
7th to 10th week = 2nd month
11th to 15th week = 3rd month
16th to 19th week = 4th month
20th to 23rd week= 5th month
24th to 27th week = 6th month
28th to 32nd week = 7th month
33rd to 36th week = 8th month
37th to 41st week = 9th month

They use lunar calendar for pregnancies. Meaning that there are 4 weeks in a month, so if you want to know how many weeks in whatever number of months then just multiply the number of months by 4 and there you go.
Remember though that doctors usually add a couple of weeks to this because they count from when you had your last period. This means that the age of the fetus is 2 weeks less than the numbers of weeks your doctor gives you.

Some men and women depend up the months in four weeks to be able to make you pregnant for 10 months on the grounds that a few months have roughly weeks than the opposite, or they pass through the identical date each and every month to be able to make you pregnant for nine months.
