I don't think we will. Well, not the Senate, the House probably... however, even if we do, we'll just be in "grid-lock" for a while.
Scenario: With a republican president and a democratic Congress, nothing will be changed because Bush will veto any/everything and Congress won't pass/approve anything. Sometimes things staying the same for a little while isn't that bad.
