Contact the ILO or Labour Start.

They will help you organize. Don't be scared -- workers have the right to form unions and bargain collectively for better conditions.

Good luck and best wishes from your brothers and sisters of the Communications Workers of America (CWA).

The unions are not always the best option because you could be seen as causing trouble etc.
So long as you are on minimum wage there is not a lot you can do because payrises are at the discretion of the company, they only legally have to pay the minimum wage. If Health and Safety is an issue, you need to contact your Health and Safety Dept. I don't think you have to give a name, they can do a spot check, and resolve any issues.
Just be careful yourself that everyone else isn't using you as their mouthpiece to get what they want and you end up out on your ear.

Get a Union in? Then you'll need to start paying Union Boss' wages (aka dues)....How does this put you ahead.

Worse, you'll increase the cost of company's products that can lessen competitiveness....

Better you all sitdown together - management and workers and discuss these concerns informally. Best part: no dues to pay.

I'm with Unison, i pay monthly, all you need to do is make a phone call, check the website out and either email or phone to ask someone to contact you. Good luck, there are too many employers getting away with treating their staff like 5hit these days. Mine is one of them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
